The Yathaavat Journey
A passionate first generation entrepreneur Manendra Singh (ran a venture of logistics and fashion apparels) was hustling to explore problems, gaps and opportunities to solve and bring sustainable impact in lives of millions. When he took a break and spent some time in a village near to Agra then his emotions touched with agriculture and he fell in love with solving problems of agriculture and farmers.
He decided to work on unconventional crops to uplift the lives of farmers which can create a small dent and can contribute to the economy of the country. He started learning about medicinal and aromatics plants in late 2017. He planned to start farming to increase the dimension of learning in this domain and started motivating other farmers towards aromatic crops.
In 2018, these efforts gave birth to Yathaavat which blends passion and essence to soothe, heal and enhance customer experience by keeping health, safety and wellness at the centre. Currently, we are involved in essential oils & their hydrosols, herbs and carrier oils.

The Seed is Planted
Manendra Singh begins learning about medicinal and aromatic plants at CSIR-CIMAP while exploring solutions for agricultural challenges.

Yathaavat is Born
Official founding of Yathaavat with a mission to bridge the gap between producers and consumers of aromatic and medicinal plant products.

Establishment of the first 25 farmer clusters dedicated to growing aromatic and medicinal plants using sustainable practices.

Warehouse filled with Essential Oils & Hydrosols
Introduction of our first line of essential oils and hydrosols, produced from plants grown by our farmer network.
